Vista International Operations

Vista International Operations (Vista) has established formal Teaming Agreements with AMSEC/ Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), SpecPro Inc, and Mystikal Solutions. We assembled this team based on each company’s unique and extensive DoD support capabilities. The Vista Team has comprehensive experience in supporting every functional area required under this solicitation and in working together in a strategic alliance, a great deal of synergy, cost savings and efficiency of operation may be realized from the unique tools and processes that the Vista team provides. Our recognized professionals have extensive, relevant experience and we are poised to start immediately upon award.

AMSEC LLC

AMSEC LLC was formed in June 1999 as a business partnership between SAIC and Newport News Shipbuilding (now Northrop Grumman). Prior to the creation of the LLC, AMSEC had been in existence since 1981. Today, with more than 4,600 employees in over 30 offices, ASMEC LLC provides naval architecture and marine engineering, electronic systems engineering, vessel system assessments, maintenance engineering and program development, shipyard industrial engineering, and complete logistics services

SpecPro

SpecPro, Incorporated is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bristol Bay Native Corporation that was founded in 1989. SpecPro provides broad-scope Technical Services, Systems Management, Environmental Services, and Logistics Services to Government agencies. SpecPro has 25 offices throughout the United States employing over 500 individuals with annual revenues in excess of $55 Million. SpecPro has received numerous national awards including the National Prime Contractor of the Year and Nunn-Perry awards.

Mystikal Solutions

Mystikal Solutions, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned business was established in February 2001. Mystikal Solutions specializes in providing end-to-end technology-driven solutions and services to a broad range of clients in both government and private industry. The founders and management team has over 100 years of combined Military Healthcare System experience ranging from small Military Treatment Facilities management to support for the Tri-Service Infrastructure Management Program Office. Program / Project Management, LAN / WAN Design, Installation and Maintenance, and Information Systems Security are just a few of their core competencies.
